Board of Directors are responsible for the everyday decisions affecting this organization by their majority vote at regular Board Meetings.

Officer positions carry a two-year term, limited to three consecutive terms, and are voted in by the general membership through written ballot. Director positions are selected by a nominating committee and may be held for a period of three-years.
