These are currently under review, by the Bylaw Review Committee, consisting of, Terri Fryman, Mike Moore, Kim & Mike Birsen, and Karen & Manuel Ibarra.
Meetings regarding proposed changes, will be posted on the MBGA Website. Interested members who would like to participate in this review should attend. Print off a copy of the Bylaw's, and bring it with you to the next Review Meeting, along with your ideas and suggestions.
The revised Bylaws will be voted on in October 2010, during the Annual Meeting & Goat Roast. We will also be posting suggested changes, here on the MBGA Website; so, check back periodically to keep abreast of the issue. Thanks, Karen Ibarra, MBGA President
The MBGA, Inc Directors are responsible for the everyday decisions affecting the organization by their majority vote at regular MBGA Board Meetings.
Officer positions carry a two-year term, limited to three consecutive terms, and are voted in by the general membership through written ballot. Director positions are selected by a nominating committee, and may be held for a period of three-years.
